Free run Paperbark Chardonnay

From a fifth-generation winemaking family in southern Australia’s historic Barossa Valley region, Paperbark wines are as loveable as their namesake, an Australian tree with peeling bark and fluffy white flowers. 2016 Paperbark Chardonnay is a pale yellow in the glass, sharing aromas of ripe peach with notes of tart citrus. This barrel-matured wine’s palate is medium bodied, with notes of nougat and spice from wild fermentation, and a hint of vanilla from oak aging
