I (Anna) dive deeper into the ethos of 'eating like you love yourself' more in this episode with the ideology that I live & breathe by, of there is no such thing as bad food, only bad habits.
17kg heavier and feeling terrible in all ways (sluggish, uncomfortable in my clothes, self-loathing), it wasn't depriving myself of all foods that began my healing process to total well-being, it was changing my habits.
I eat ALL foods today, and want you to feel like you can too, without eating with guilt, shame & fear.
In this episode, I speak to the power of knowing you can eat the things that bring you enjoyment (like chocolate, hot chips, pasta or ice cream) & making sure you eat it with gratitude, love & joy.
I also touch on the body positivity movement - & my take on it.
