Episode 74: Coming to Terms with Terminology_ Reinforcer & Diminisher

Why do we say reinforcer, and not reward, in Operant Conditioning?  Shouldn't we also say DIMINISHER instead of PUNISHER???  Kayce thinks so, and thinks you should help her to change this in our industry.
