   The Chiefs are on their way to winning the off season again as they win a scrum for rugby star Louis Rees Zammit from Europe.  This kid is an amazing athlete and reports indicate he's signing with KC this week to be a WR/RB and kick returner.  This is exactly why the Chiefs are so good at everything they do on the field.  I'll explain.
