At the start of the show, Father Anthony is still, yes STILL, dealing with the cough he's had for around 3 months, but also starts the show off on a sad note, for conducting a funeral this morning, which Gerri was at too, and everyone shares memories on the oldest son of a group of 7 children who passed recently. Also, the talk of food at the start of the show gets things going, so if you are hungry, sorry about that, LOL. However, going back to Father Anthony's cough and working so much, he brings to mind the concept of working, not just for himself, but everyone. He also talks about other things on this, as well as God taking care of us, with so many trials and tribulations we go through from or for Him in our lives and learn to recognize through these how He speaks and/or talks to us to guide us. This leads to the questions we always ask ourselves regarding God, such as "What is the Will of God?" or "What is the Word of God?" allowing us to start each day, either going to work or whatever we are doing, that we go to "work" in life and find ourselves doing the work for the Will/Word of God in our lives from what we do and face. The point being that God is with us and guides and helps us and gets us through our days, good and bad and gets us to tomorrow, even though we may not sense or hear or feel it, at first. On a different topic, after the first break, Father Anthony goes into detail surrounding the Gospel Readings from this morning, raising a tense conversation on some things, no not really tense, meaning everyone: Christina, Gerri (especially), and Tony on things going on, particularly being angry and afraid of things/people and the manipulation of the media.
