In today’s episode I am sharing my wellness plan for Spring that will set me up to feel my best going into Summer and no it’s not chasing a number on the scale or trying to fit into a bathing suit because girl I’m all about just wearing it no matter what! We all have seasons in our lives where we focus on different things with more intention behind it and for me this Year it’s been really important to focus on my overall wellbeing while reducing stress. Times are crazy and the better I can take care of myself the better I’ll feel and the better I’ll perform as a Coach, for my customers and as a mom for my children.
