Between the distributor and vendor are hundreds of reps, facilitating communication, training and feedback.  Their experience working with multiple manufacturers and multiple showrooms gives them a unique perspective on the industry. Melissa Leib will be our guide on the lighting industry through the eyes of a rep.

From identifying lighting trends, selecting product mix, educating our clients about new technology and compliance codes, they bring experience and professionalism to each meeting.  

 

Melissa Leib grew up in the lighting industry as a second generation California sales rep. Melissa studied Economics and Art History, weaving that knowledge into MAR Lighting whenever possible. She is a Feng Shui practitioner and has a black belt in Aikido.
