Joe is flying solo today!
Haggis is the rest of a sheep that isn't lamb chops. It's basically minced up Sheep heart, liver, lungs mixed with some onion, oatmeal suet (hard lamb fat) and spices. Oh, it doesn't stop there. You then shove all of that stuff into the stomach of the lamb for the casing.
Apparently it is a "Savory Pudding" with a "Nutty Texture"
You know we are going to try it if Scotland gets the USA to accept it as an import.
