US Close 15 Mar 17: US lower and weak oil and poor weather takes its toll on markets.

US sharemarkets ended weaker on Tuesday. Lower oil prices weighed on energy stocks. Investors await the Federal Reserve rates decision and the Netherlands general election. The Dow Jones index fell by 44 points or 0.2% after trading in an 88 point range. The S&P 500 index fell by 0.3% while the Nasdaq was lower by 20 points or 0.3%.
