GTBH 5/31/20: Are We Getting Anywhere?

Every week, two of the Best Fans in Baseball (TM) bring you all the news and analysis you need about the St. Louis Cardinals.  A little breaking news in this one, as Daniel (C70 At The Bat, @C70) and Tara (Birds on the Black, @tarawellman) find out about the players' proposal to the owners mid-show.  They try to break that down this new information, but before that they talk about the odds of any sort of agreement happening.  All of that plus what the week was like for minor leaguers.  Spoiler: it wasn't good.
