The film stars Alisha Wainwright, Zach Gilford, Amanda Crew, and Carlos Santos. Jason Blum serves as an executive producer through his Blumhouse Television banner.[1]

There's Something Wrong with the Children was released digitally in the United States on January 17, 2023, by Paramount Home Entertainment, and on March 17, 2023, by MGM+.[2]
