The LA County Fair is Heaven on Earth

The Flynn Bros. talk about the big meals and tiny towns they enjoyed at the LA County Fair. Later, John gives his “Brief History” of fairs before the brothers discuss why county fairs are such a unique and important part of American culture. Finally, they take turns inventing a multi-course meal at a high-class restaurant, inspired by low-class fair food.
