In his 10+ year career in politics, he has worked in senior staff roles for elected officials such as former U.S. Senator Al Franken & former Minneapolis Council President Lisa Bender. He is a current Minnesota committee member for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), where he also serves as the Midwest Caucus Chair. Ron is an alumnus of the New Leaders Council and a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
