Episode 34!  My guest this week is an old co-worker, Rachael Judson!  We talk about how she fell into volunteering in middle school ministry through a happenstance meeting with the director at a wedding.  We talk about the uniqueness of working with middle schoolers.  We talk about her transition from volunteer to staff member.  We also talk about what middle school ministry has looked like in the times of COVID.
