This week on Expedition Self we’ll be discussing how we are ‘of both the dirt and the wind’ in, “Soul Meet Human”.
One of the most challenging aspects associated with existing as a human being can be found at the intersection of our spirituality and the real and tangible world of surviving and dealing with the events of the day. We each seek a way to make meaning out of the mundanities of life. We likely each lose our way and then find it again. Empathy, attention, discernment, awe, and wonder, are just a few of the intentions needed to navigate such unknown, but familiar waters.
This week, Sam will spend the hour describing and exploring the complex nature of bringing these two very different elements of existence into one body. You’ll have a chance to take a deep breath into the vast territory of your life, your processing, the nature of your soul, and the keys to working with it all.
