Ukraine “tough time” even without invasion

Ukraine is already suffering and will continue to have a “tough time” even if a Russian invasion has been averted – that’s according to Sean Kelly. The European Parliament has backed an EU plan to send €1.2 billion in economic aid. Millions of Euro is expected to be dispatched quickly once the deal has been signed off. Despite the signals from Moscow that there may now be a de-escalation, Fine Gael MEP, Sean Kelly, says Ukraine is in a desperate state.
