A Lesson on ”The Shift that Changes Everything”

This episode is a essentially a summary of what my entire podcast is about. I often address the idea that there is no 'there', the idea that once I get this physical thing outside of me to change, then I will be happy. This is a broken model, and will forever keep you at an arms length from your true fulfillment in life. Why is that though? In today's message, I explain why. My hope is that after listening, you are able to perhaps make this shift of understanding for yourself, or at the very least, it is the spark that creates curiosity to explore this idea more, once again reminding you that you are whole, you are enough, and you are worthy, just as you are.
