Ian is the Head of Americas for Tenth Revolution Group. He holds a first class honors degree in Economics from Oxford Brookes University and has 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry.

He moved to the US in 2016 to oversee the launch of the company's Philadelphia and Tampa offices, and is now responsible for all US operations.
