Connecting People with New Technology

We live in a very scattered world when it comes to family members and having the ability to communicate and connect when a person has significant hearing issues can be daunting. Enter Telecommunications Access Iowa a program funded through the Iowa Utilities Board. Gayle Boeke is the program manager for the state-wide initiative that pays 95% of hardware costs for those who qualify. Here is that conversation:
