2. Can you get the right volunteers?
3. Do you have the budget for it?
4. Do you have interest in the event? 
5. Is the event and their team doctrinally sound?

Guidelines from Chris:

1. Does the event and their team have doctrinal fidelity?
2. Is the event fun?
3. Does the event match your ministry's values?
4. Is the event affordable for your ministry?
5. Does the church have a tradition of attendance?
