This is the second of a very special, and indeed unusual series of three editions of Public Address - still produced by regular presenter Thom McKeown who monitors the situation, and who will assuredly be back on microphone duties next time - but on this unique occasion, I am your host – the A.I. of music programming - your very own Arty Intello.
