Short bio: Randi Jo Pieper, known as The Queen of Burnout to Breakthrough, is a powerhouse in the world of criminal justice. With over 30 years of experience, she has been a guiding light for individuals navigating the complexities of probation, rehabilitation, and personal transformation.

Her journey began in 1994 as a 911 dispatcher, where she developed a deep understanding of crisis response. By 2004, she stepped into the role as a probation officer, dedicating herself to working with individuals facing addiction and the deeper struggles that led them off track. With her genuine empathy and down-to-earth approach, Randi Jo has impacted countless lives, helping people reconnect with their purpose and reintegrate into their communities.

In 2013, she expanded her reach by becoming a Life Coach, driven by the realization that burnout runs rampant in the criminal justice field. She saw firsthand how professionals give so much to others that they often forget to care for themselves—and she knew something had to change.

Through her workshops, coaching, and unwavering support, Randi Jo empowers her peers to prioritize self-care, manage stress, and set boundaries. Her mission is clear: to help others not just survive the demands of their work but truly thrive.
