But the year wasn’t without its struggles. One of the hardest moments came toward the end when I had to say goodbye to my beloved disco pup Bentley. It was a deeply challenging time for me and my family, and for a while, I couldn’t find the energy or mindset to record this mix. It wasn’t until I felt ready that I was able to channel everything—the joy, the pain, the growth—into this set. I also want to take a moment to thank all the amazing artists whose tracks made this mix possible. Your creativity and talent inspire me endlessly and have been the soundtrack to my journey this year. This mix is as much a tribute to your work as it is a celebration of the past twelve months. This mix is a heartfelt reflection on what has been an unforgettable year for me, both personally and musically.
