As well the #science behind any new form of #engagement is in the 27-32 day range for it to become a #habit 🤔
As well this is not some #BS type #hoax where one can sit on the #couchand just #think they will become a #millionaire or #champion #athlete .... we must put some #work in to meet the #universe half way
