Part 1 - Neville James engages with the National Weather Service for a weekend weather update.  He is joined by Kyle Fleming, director of the VI Energy Office, as they engage in "Power Hour" and discuss the Inflation Reduction Act and the Infrastructure bill which made millions of dollars available to the VI Energy Office through grants, the potable water emergency on St. Croix, and the challenges and hurdles involved in completing projects, among other issues.
