#5amMesterScrum Show 672 Live - Giant Done Issue Piles, Millions of old Done Issues Cluttering and slowing your systems down - Today's topic: (1) I have been to quite a few Big Companies that house Millions of PBIs in their agile systems.  Those companies don't understand how their system were designed and built.  They are not archiving systems nor should they be.  Making available stuff done a year ago is a complete waste of money.  It violates Agile Manifesto Value: Working software over comprehensive documentation.  Those old issues are comprehensive documentation.
