Varadkar made “very positive impression” in Parliament – Harkin

MEPs in the European Parliament have been reacting to the speech today of the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar. Mr Varadkar delivered an address on the future of Europe in the Parliament this morning. He also responded to questions put to him afterwards by MEPs. The Independent MEP Marian Harkin says Mr Varadkar’s address went down well.
