Episode # 1180 - TGIF And Excitement

TGIF everyone and even though it's a gray day here in Chicago, everyone is doing pretty good on this first Friday in June.  It's also The Feast Day of Corpus Christi got everyone excited too.    Also, St. Stanislaus Kostka is having it's Carnival this weekend in the cold, yes cold but not winter around here.  Christina talks a bit about being at the Carnival recently this week and talks about the good food that is there this year, as well as rides she went on in past years.  This leads into everyone talking about rides in general, Tony, Christina, and Father Anthony talk about various rides that are there now, as well as previous ones, as well as their experiences on them.  Producer Nick is excited for going on a Birthday Party Bus with some friends tonight, having everyone on the show talk about being in bars for fun and excitement.  This in turn brings about a discussion on offending people and trying not to be offensive.  On different notes, Father Anthony shares some very influential readings related to things discussed on the show previously, leading us in different, if not various directions.  This once again leads to what was discussed yesterday too, how the media has the power to influence us in many ways and how it's either lies or the truth.  This in turn brings Father Anthony talking about why so many people don't want to know or hear the truth.
