follows SBCR volunteers Anthony Lenihan, Pat O’Brien and David Fleming as they learn about the history of the recreational and heritage project near Kilkishen in East Clare known locally as the 12 O'Clock hills that have been developed in recent years. The three intrepid walkers start in Belvoir car park where they meet volunteers and Committee members John Lenihan and John Lyons to learn how the project came about how the hills got their name and the history of the inhabitants who lived and worked on the hills. The walkers then set out on their hike taking in a number of the heritage sits along the trails including Crag bridge, the stepping stones and Fairyland. Recorded over one day at the start of April 2023 typical Irish weather was encountered with rain, wind and sunshine all making an appearance. Along the way they met people young and old and paid a visit on their trek to the Sunyata Buddhist centre located on the hills.
