Big Idea: If we really fear God, then we will follow him to the people we'd rather avoid.

1. God: Insists on getting his way with terrifying force.
2. Jonah: Claims to fear God, but foolishly runs from him.
3. Pagans: Actually do fear God, and wind up worshipping him.

Application Points:

1. God sends us to people we'd rather avoid.
2. If we run away, we don't really fear Him.
3. We can run, but we can't hide.
