Even if you know nothing about horse racing you really need to hear Richard Hughes tell his story. Despite showing prodigious talent from an early age Jarlath hears how the reigning champion jockey was ultimately forced to leave Ireland and start from scratch. Hear how the lengths he went to control his weight ultimately made him an alcoholic and nearly cost him his life.
