Williams is an accomplished executive who’s made a career of aligning Human Resources with business goals to boost performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. He spent 23 years with Merrill Lynch and is now a Qualified Arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution Services, listening to both sides of securities-related disputes, weighing the facts, and rendering final and binding decisions. He’s earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova, and is working on a Doctorate in Philosophy, Human Resource Management, from Northcentral University. An unabashed man of faith, Phil describes himself as a designated survivor of a life-threatening skin disorder. He’s also one of the most soft-spoken and unassumingly wise people I know.
