Monday December 5th Always start the show with the word of the day, "delude." (deluding, deluded, delisional), to cause someone to believe something that is not true, deceive or trick. "You may delude the world, but I know you." You should always know who you are playing with in the sand box. Some will delude you with their words in order to get and achieve what they need. Do not let your kindness be mistaken as a weakness. Keep your eyes open, it should take a minute for you to let someone in past those boundaries!! Not everyone should be let in!!

Spoke of all the celebrity deaths recently, with Bob McGrath of Sesame Street being the latest. And as I write this, we have lost Kristi Alley, RIP.

I went over the warning signs of a heart attack, since the 3 most likely days to die of a heart attack are only weeks away. Top off the list is Christmas Day and New Year's.

Warning signs:

-Chest pain

-Shortness of breathe

-vomiting/nausea

-fast or uneven heartbeart

Pay attention to the warning signs your body is giving you and don't postpone the trip to the doctor or ER.
