Former Senate President and regular contributor, Almando “Rocky” Liburd, calls in to continue an analysis of this week’s Committee of the Whole hearing, pointing to the fact that this no-bid contract issue is drawing attention away from the real focus of how to get a comprehensive contact tracing program in place.
