2021 May Day show: Hour 2

This year Union City Radio teamed up with the House of Soul for the annual celebration of International Workers’ Day on WPFW 89.3FM, DC’s Pacifica station. Our theme this year was “Workers: The Heart and Soul of America”; DJ Lance spun tunes about work and workers, while Chris Garlock and Elise Bryant featured the best of labor radio and podcast programming from across the country. This hour: Re:Work Radio, the 7th Street Chronicles, Activate LIVE, the SAG-AFTRA Podcast and the Grit Northwest podcast.
