Ex-policeman and Judo Champion, Andy Costello has turned his life around. He was fired from the police and then after a downward spiral, went to jail for taking violent revenge on a man who punched his daughter. He now runs a very popular MMA gym in Exeter. He talks about being on both sides of the law, revenge, controlled aggression, dealing with fear and chess boxing.
