Life is CHOICE.
Not a choice, but choice.

At any given moment we always have a choice. Even if we think & feel stuck and bound by our circumstances.

So rather than choosing to think and feel stuck, how else can you choose to think?
How else would you prefer to feel that would help you to move forward?
What story would benefit your situation?
What other interpretation and perception would help you to open up what else is possible for you?

Those and other questions I often ask my clients when they come to work with me.
When we are very close to our struggles sometimes we need someone else to help us to see the bigger picture.
