Mid-Session 21 Mar 18: Market flat; James Packer quits Crown board

Billionaire James Packer has resigned from the board of his Crown Resorts business because of mental health reasons. The ASX 200 is flat at mid-session with gains from Energy & mining stocks offset by falls in the Telco & Healthcare sectors.
