This week the ladies are switching it up by looking at other bodily functions and are truly honoured to interview the amazing Acushla Young about dismantling period stigma. Acushla works for Irise, a non-profit organisation that believes no one should be held back by their period. They work in the U.K and East Africa to ensure that all people who have periods can reach their fill potential.
