Confirmation

CONFIRMATION. “Be sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit!” With these words spoken by the Bishop at the Sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized person is strengthened for service to the Body of Christ. This sacrament enlightens our understanding of our faith in God; it calls us to increased charity toward our neighbor; and it fills our souls with sanctifying grace.
