When Clint Bissett moved to Celina, Texas, he jumped in with both feet. He was handed the reins of an engineering firm in Downtown Celina, but Clint Bissett wanted more. He wanted to make his new community feel like home (literally and figuratively). And after only 3 years, he has started to accomplish that goal.
