A Lesson on ”You are the Permission Giver”

So many of us have been taught that there are certain rules we must follow in this game of life, and that if we deny our own inner desires, and do what is supposedly 'the right thing', at some point, something or someone out there will finally deem us 'worthy'. However, after trying this a few times, we eventually realize (hopefully) that this is a worthless journey that gets us nowhere. There seems to be always one more thing we must do in order to feel whole, secure, safe, worthy, or enough. At some point, we must ask ourselves, when it comes to life, who's permission are you waiting for? In today's episode, I share more on this idea, steps to recognize you already are all that you seek, and I finish with a meditation so you can walk away with this deep inner knowing. My hope is after listening, you feel empowered, free, confident, and calm, that even while you are pursuing your big dreams, you already are all that you seek. Enjoy!
