Laura Bennett is a champion athlete with 4 World Championship medals, 4 US National titles, two Olympic Games representations, and a multitude of wins, none bigger than the 2007 Hyvee World Cup and the enormous check that went with it.

She’s someone who cares deeply about helping others optimize their own lives and someone who understands managing human emotions better than anyone I’ve ever met.
