Harkin calls on Commissioner Vestager to clarify €13bn Apple windfall

The Independent MEP Marian Harkin hascalled on the EU Competition Commissioner to clarify what will happen to the€13billion Apple tax rebate if the European Court of Justice finds against Ireland and Apple. Ms Harkin was speaking during a debate in the European Parliament today on the Apple tax ruling. The EU Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager addressed MEPs on her recent ruling.
