Suggested Pairing: A nice Chianti (prefereably without someone's liver) Today we take our first step into the "old world" of wine.... only to realize that is a VERY confusing place. Turns out Italy has their own regions, AND their own varitals. WOOF! Needless to say, a little education in this department was much needed.
