ACTS (PART 17) ’ENCOUNTERING THE RISEN CHRIST’

In Acts 9 we encounter a man named Saul for a second time. Saul was a young rising star in the Pharisaical movement. A man who played a pivotal role in the stoning of Stephen (Acts 7:58). Well, in Acts 9 we are told that Saul was still “breathing out threat and murder” against the church. But Jesus had a different plan for Saul. He had a “suddenly” moment prepared for him! And through this encounter with the grace of God in Christ Jesus Saul would never be the same! He would become the great apostle Paul—a mighty ambassador of Christ to the nations!
