National media are being called to the carpet for spreading falsehoods. And the latest victim is The Sporting News who posted an Instagram post stating that Juju Watkins became the all-time scoring leader after 2 seasons breaking Caitlin Clark's record. Except Clark didn't have the record. The record belongs to Kelsey Mitchell. The Sporting News got crushed in the comments of the post, but hadn't removed the post for two days after posting it. They finally took it down admitting the lie. Leave a comment!
