Aging in Des Moines - A Good Thing?

Des Moines is considered an "age friendly" community.  What does that mean?  We asked Yogesh Shah, MD who is the Associate Dean for Global Health from the Des Moines University to speak to that issue and offer up some thoughts on how individuals can keep their mental acuity sharp. Some comments on cultural views of aging and a healthy response from family and business. An interesting and timely conversation:
