1. Free assessment call
2. Mortgage application - this is form and upload your documentations to prove
3. Your ID
4. Income including variable pay 
5. Your financially sound - 6 months spending and saving including revolut 
6. The waiting game. This varies per lender from 72 hours to 7-10 working days 
7. Approval for a mortgage. The two types of mortgages are Property specific or House Hunter 
8. House Hunting & bid process - Find your house, put offer on, the offer is accepted 
9. Put holding deposit on 
10. Nominate solicitor 
11. Draw down 
12. Closing - home insurance & mortgage protection
