It's an episode dedicated to our guy, Vilfredo Pareto!  In 1906, an Italian noticed that 80% of Italy's wealth and land was owned by 20% of the population.  And just a scant 35 years later, Joseph Juran utilized this observation to increase the capacity and decrease the flaws in American manufacturing.
